Great experience buying our Audi A8 Long. We travelled from Liverpool and it was definitely worth the journey. Excellent customer service, a reliable and well-maintained car, and friendly, professional staff. Highly recommended!
David the sales manager was fantastic. He worked with all our requests for testing vehicles and when we did decide on one, he worked with us and provided a vehicle in really good condition and gave us a good deal on warranty. Would highly recommend this company.
Recently purchased my Audi from this garage. From the initial contact everything was spot on. David’s communication was always on time and accurate. I travelled 350 miles to collect the car and then 350 back home so was keen that I wasn’t kept waiting upon collection. I was at the garage for about 30-40 mins max, and this included someone having to tax the car at the local post office (due to change of class). The car was as described and has been perfect in every sense. I would definitely recommend this company, especially if the distance is putting you off. The 13 hour day was well worth it for the right car. Thanks all at AB.
Great dealership, David Brown is a true gentleman, a genuine, approachable and extremely knowledgeable car salesman. Because of the distance and not being able to just pop in to see the car. David sent me a detailed video answering all questions and queries quickly and professionally. A real gem of a dealership run by genuine helpful and honest people. No high selling pressure outfit here, just a great dealership which I would most definitely highly recommend 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We’ve bought two cars here now and would highly recommend them.
Dave was Super helpful can't wait to pick up my T Roc!
I bought my Volvo V90 last May from here. I've had a couple of weeks issues and the warranty has covered it all. No arguments and easy to deal with. I'd definitely buy from here again. David was really easy to deal with and really patient .
Recently purchased a VWT-ROC 2025 plate from Alister Buchan.David the sales manager couldn't have been more helpful very experienced and arranged a test drive for us and completed all the relevant paperwork. We arranged to collect the car the following week and it was spotless can't thank David enough
Excellent garage. Very happy with the car I bought. Friendly sales manager and the minor niggles I had were seen to quickly by the wonderful guys at the workshop. Definitely felt they went the extra mile.
Great service, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable
