Great service and very helpful staff. Went to view a car and the car was spotless almost looked brand new, drove exactly how I wanted it to. The process to getting this car was made very simply. I got a 1 year warranty and only had to wait a few days to collect the car. Bought a lil vauxhall adam from these. 660 mile round trip!!! Lovely first car for step daughter. Salesman was top notch. Unfortunately the clutch has started to go after only 1300 miles. Dealer warranty had ran out and extended warranty wint cover it. These guys stepped up and bought the clutch for us as a goodwill gesture!!! Only have the labour costs now which I'm ok with. Highly reccomend this garage. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again myself. Customer service is second to none!!!

Excellent experience overall. David and Alistair are gentlemen and nothing was too much trouble. Great selection of stock and no pressure sales environment allowed me the confidence to select the right car for our family. We opted to use the dealership’s finance partner and again the whole process was a breeze. The vehicle was in excellent condition and how it was presented at point of handover was a credit to the dealership. Purchased my Audi Q7 in November 2024. David the sales manager was very helpful and said he would get the car serviced and MOT tested which he did. We drove to France and while there noticed a few faults . Vibration at 70mph, an oil leak and rear washer not working well. Took to their workshop when we returned home and they fitted new tyres and front brakes and a new washer pump and rocker cover gasket under warranty. Great service and nice friendly staff too. Would recommend this company. Thank you very much for your service.

My son and I went to Alister Buchan Ltd to look at a 2017 Ford Fiesta Zetec as my son was looking to purchase a new car we were very impressed with the car and David the sales manager was very helpful. David said they had replaced the water pump and the wet timing belt and would service and mot the car for us we collected the car the following week and were very impressed with the car,David completed all the relevant paper work. This is the second car we have purchased in the last month from Alister Buchan as my grandson bought a car as well we would recommend this garage and David couldn't have been more helpful

Without a doubt the best car sales/service team in scotland.My first purchase from David and the team was a Hyundai i130n in January of this year I was so impressed with the customer service from the test drive (given the keys to try the car alone)to picking up a beautifully presented car,they even kept it under cover as it was raining that day and let me get my new car dry. Our next car in February was a purchase for our son to learn to drive (a Dacia Logan MCV) again fantastic treatment from David given the keys to try the car with my son,we purchased the car and had it for two weeks it developed an engine rattle,one phone call to David and I was in touch with the service team,I was asked to bring the car in the same day (given a courtesy car)and was contacted the next day to collect the repaired car( fully washed and vacuumed) I've purchased many cars in my 55 years,this is the best customer service I've experienced they really do go the extra to help you,I can't recommend them highly enough.

One of very few car sales places where you are left alone to browse with being attacked by suits. When we asked about the car David was very helpful and laid back . They gave us a top end fair price for our car . The new car was serviced and had new discs and pads replaced and mot. We had an issue the next day but their garage next door had the problem fixed in 24 hrs .. courtesy car available right away . Slick , professional, and easy .. all dealerships should beoke this !
